Delete your account

In the game (fastest)

1. Open Paws Apart and tap your profile (top right of the title screen).
2. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account is deleted straight away and online play is switched off on that device.

By email

If you no longer have the game, email support@pawsapart.com with the subject "Delete my Paws Apart account" and your username. We will confirm and delete it within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your account, username, avatar and settings stored on our server.
• Your cloud-saved progress, friends list, match history, replays, tournament results, leaderboard entries and unlocks.
• Your notification tokens.

What is kept

• Anonymous totals that can't identify you (for example, how many players cleared a level).
• Cheat reports and moderation records, for up to 1 year, to keep online play fair.
• Server backups, which are overwritten within 30 days.
• Messages you sent stay in your friends' chat history, and your old username can still appear in other players' match history and replays of races against you. Email us if you want those removed too.

Progress saved only on your phone stays there until you uninstall the game.
